Crystal is a thought leader in leadership and holistic education, and a pioneer in personal growth retreats. She has taught more than 40,000 people including CEOs, boards of directors, students and academics.
A powerful public speaker on the global stage, Crystal is also well known for spearheading complex large scale transformational culture and training programmes. A stellar example of her work is the groundbreaking Zodiac Leadership training programme for Singapore's biopharma sector which was co-founded by the Singapore government and has trained 1,000 leaders from 16 biomedical sciences companies including Amgen, GSK, MSD< Roche, Pfizer, Alcon, Takeda and Novartis.
Secretary-General of the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC). Minister Ng Chee Meng has commended the Project Zodiac initiative as being timely, valuable and strategic, and encouraged employers in Singapore to invest in such training for their employees.
Prior to founding Forest Wolf, Crystal was the Founding Director of the National University of Singapore's Centre for Future-ready Graduates and pioneered the Roots & Wings Future-readiness programme, at that point of time the world's largest University future-readiness module. She regularly influences dialogue on work and culture as a Linkedin Top Voice and contributing expert for Channel NewsAsia.
Crystal is also a strategic advisor to the San Francisco-headquartered Minerva University, one of the world’s most innovative universities centred on nurturing critical wisdom and offering truly global work-study experiences.
She is also the Regional Lead in S.E. Asia (Strategy) for the Hoffman Institute Asia-Pacific, a transformative personal growth retreat that has seen more than 5,000 people in Australia and Asia benefit from its work since 1989.

Dr Gregor Lim-Lange is an expert in the fields of clinical and positive psychology, social emotional intelligence and mindfulness, and the Co-Founder and Chief Psychologist of Forest Wolf, a future-readiness consultancy.
Greg is also the co-author of the book Deep Human, a guide to the social emotional superskills of the future, and writes for Channel NewsAsia on psychology and mental wellness.
Previously, Greg was the Head of Learning & Development at the National University of Singapore’s Centre for Future-ready Graduates and a Senior Lecturer in the Psychology department.
During Greg's 8-year tenure at the Department of Psychology, he taught and supervised clinical psychology students, and developed the ‘Introduction to Clinical Psychology’ and ‘Mindful Psychology’ modules.
He then joined the NUS Centre for Future-ready Graduates as its Head of Learning and Development, and co-developed the Roots & Wings programme, which is based on positive psychology, neuroscience, social emotional intelligence and mindfulness.
Greg is a true citizen of the world, being a German-born, Irish- and American-trained clinical psychologist who has extensive work experience in America, Europe, Vietnam, Japan and Singapore.

A pioneer in social emotional intelligence programmes, intergenerational family facilitation and organisational training, Greg has a Doctorate in Psychological Sciences (Distinction, University College Dublin), a Masters in Applied Psychology (Distinction, University of Ulster) and carries a 1st class honours degree in Psychology (University College Dublin).
